    We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working Manager in Training.



    Managers in Training will work directly with our department supervisors and associates on a daily basis, gaining invaluable experience within Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group. This associate will work within the parameters of our mission statement to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, a positive work environment for associates and a clean, safe and well-maintained hotel. This experience will consist of hands on training, as well as immersion into our company culture. MITs have a proven track record of growth within our company.



    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with competitive drive and initiative.     Skills & Experience

    Ideal candidates will be pursuing, or will have completed a 2-4 year degree, preferably within a hospitality field.
