As part of our Accounting team, the ideal candidate will ensure all financial transactions are accurate, in order to achieve the goals of the company.
The general responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk is the processing, recording and dispensing of payments.
This person should be self-motivated, detail oriented and enjoy resolving problems.
To process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Process accounts payable, including tracking and billing of allocated hotel and project expenses.
Assist with month end journal entries for corporate financial reporting.
Reconcile A/R and follow-up with receivables as necessary.Research and respond to annual audit requests
Assist corporate personnel with expense reporting.
Process bank and treasurer deposits.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Two years of accounting experience.
